You can get in touch with us by using the form on this page. We will aim to get back to you within 7 days. This is however, much sooner than that (if you need a play that is).

We shut down in terms of answering emails over the Christmas period. We close from the 23rd December and then return back into the office on the 4th January.

Otherwise we are open and around to answer emails during the following times.

• Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm
• Saturdays between 9.00am and 1pm
• Sundays we are closed (we need one day off a week at least)

If you place an order outside these times and over the Christmas period these will still be dispatched within our delivery timescales which is 3-4 working days.
