We've made this change to ensure our independence from The Pokémon Company is clearer - we still sell official Pokémon sealed products but we are not part of The Pokémon Company, so avoiding using "Pokémon" or "Poke" in our web address aims to make this clear for our customers :)
We will continue to respond to old support email address.
