Where to start?

First of all you need to decide what type of trainer you are... collector or battler?

A collector collects cards, usually aiming for one of each to store & display. Its all about the artwork & who's your favourite character & less about the HP, abilities & attacks or each!

A battler also collects cards, but is interested in a getting multiple copies of selected cards to form a 60 card deck. Its less about the artwork & who's your favourite character & more about the HP, abilities & attacks!

If you're a collector you'll need:

• A binder (also known as a folder or portfolio)
• Some packs to open - you can buy these in tins, booster boxes or as part of most Pokemon products.

If you're a battler you'll need:

• Some packs to open - you can buy these in tins, booster boxes or as part of most Pokemon products.
• A deck box to store & transport your 60 card battle deck.
